just been surfing the net and found this pic...
Whats your opinion on it?

A strange legend surrounds a railroad crossing just south of San Antonio, Texas. The intersection of roadway and railroad track, so the story goes, was the site of a tragic accident in which several school-aged children were killed - but their ghosts linger at the spot and will push idled cars across the tracks, even though the path is uphill.

in the first place why did someone take a picture of a railway crossing? The ghost looks kinda fake as though added in but that is my take on this pic.

I did some surfing at the website and I came across the legend of tha Jersey Devil. I liked it because I grew up around those parts, actually in Philly. Occasionally on a summer night a group of us would all chip in some change put some gas in the old Buick or Ford and take a ride to the Pine Barrens to look for the Devil. The chicks would get all scared and cuddle and the guys would be all brave but the truth is we were all crapping our pants. That was great fun. The Jersey Devil

this picture looks like a fake to me i am sure they are trying to portray a real ghost though

yeah, i no what you mean. when i used image enhance, the ghosts look like they have been added into the picture after the picture was taken using some photo creation program.

But when you read down under the pic, it says why they took a pic of the railroad crossing.

We allready did this one in a different thread it turns out that the whole rail road legend is a hoax . Go figure Thanx for posting BTW masterofpuppetts , one of my favorite albums that is , especially "Welcome Home" aka " Sanitarium " . Reminds me of this place

Looks like a hair or something that was too close? no? What happened to the old time ghosts that actually had a shape? These "New Age Ghosts" are kinda lame, little little glittery balls and bits of twine....sorry I need some hardcore ghosty pictures. Going to search, wish me some luck....har har

i got a pic to show u people...
this is a pic of me taken last year when i was usa for a month (i live in australia).
the long brown road behind me use to be an old railway, unfortunatly a terible accident happend about 50 years ago where a train carrying 15 people ran off the tracks and landed into the water behind me drowning all that was aboard the train.
i was told this when the picture was taken, but took no notice.

neway, if u look to the top of my head above my hair, it appears to have an orb flying around, can you see it? or am i just dreaming??.

Possibly...but there are soooo many greasy fingerprints on this screen....Man, public terminals are breeding grounds for bacteria and god knows what else. I don't dare touch it and apparently neither will the janitors.

The shading on the chest looks kind of sharp, well not'sharp' but kind of strange no? It gives me the creeps man. Where are digging this stuff up?

looks fake, I think the gost is way to........what is the word........*makes up word*.......untransparent........you can see therw it I know, but still it looks to......FAKE

That ghost is also not exactly lined up, he's kind of existing on a whole 'nother plane (excuse the pun). He is straight up and everyon is kinda tilted....it's 5am here....my brain has commenced auto shutdown.

ok you guys, you will prob think after reading this that i'm totally tripping out... but here me out...
i went to this website today and listened to a ghost voice a guy recorded in a silent room.
he put the recording through several filters and came to the conclusion that the ghost is saying "robeen, can you hear me now?" (the guys name is robin)
i listened to the recording several times, and since then i have been really trippen out, my mind has been playing tricks on me, sounds i have never heard b4. phone calls on my mobile/cell phone from a private number and dont even register as a call on my mobile/cell phone. when i answer it there is silence for about 5 seconds then it hangs up. its happned 5 time already tonight, yet nothing has registered on my phone. its 10:45pm here at the moment.
i have no background of ne mental illness, and i no for a fact that this isnt normal.
i am being totally serious.
has ne one had this problem b4 and what did you do to over come it?

no trust me dude, i'm being totally serious...
have a listen to it like about 10 times. all three of the audio parts...

!! Strange to say the least, after listening to it a few times like you suggested I feel kinda funny and that feeling of something standing behind has grown. It reminds of the movie Prince of Darkness where in the future they send a message back in time by tachyons and it is all staticy and fuzzy like this. But I swear it is saying more, I can hear the first part but it definitely sounds longer almost like a sing song rhythm..no? I can definitely hear the voice and strangely enough, after a few tries it seems clearer... Hmmm...seem to be catching flitting shapes from the corners of my eyes more than usual.

Ya, the spookiness had subsided but increases when we listen to the voice. Don't know about the calls though being as I am at school Has anything else happened?

Ya, you also need to focus your attention on the background instead of the static and you also might need to turn the volume up. When I tried on medium or so I could only hear static. Cranked it up and I could hear an underlying voice.

there is something there, you have just got to really listen, and the voice is clear as, just put the distortion aside.

I am not an audio technician but couldn't someone clear out the static since we can clearly identify a voice couldn't some software pick this out and clean it up?

yeah possibly, we should find a program and download the audio and try it out...

Any ideas where to find that? I am sorry my expertise is in Psychology and neuroscience...

uummm, remember on mobiles that it kepps in the call registry all the numbers that have been coming in or goin out, even private numbers.
even if the number has been blocked and cant be revealed. it will say on mobiles that an unknown number tryed calling.. in this case it says nothing.

You might want to check yourself when you are complaining of dumb posts. When you act fanatical, how do you expect your feed back to be? Whatever happened to your phone, is the price you and I pay for technology; an imperfect system. OK? My phone rings, and there is silence, and my caller ID doesn't register the call happened at all. (It has happened before) So, why is it when it happens to you, it is somehow more than just a glitch? So, don't give anyone an attitude, when you should see where this all is coming from.
