I read this in Yahoo! News and I thought it was kind of interesting.

"Dinosaurs were definitely gay." says scientist Dr. Jean Masters P.H.D. resident paleontologist.
An important fossil discovery shows that our prehistoric cousins did indeed have homosexual tendencies.
"We think it's kind of a rare thing," says specialist George Hammock. "We don't think it caused extinction on any scale, though we are hesitant to make predictions."
How do scientists know that these beasts were a little bit off? A mudslide preserved a specimen perfectly in its original pose, two males doing the nasty. There has been some disagreement among members of the paleontology community. The majority feel that it is a major step towards understanding what made these dinos tick. Others believe it is a elaborate hoax.
"Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction, "laments Dr. Masters.
Research on the fossil is currently underway in a lab in California, which is to remain anonymous until further decisions have been made on the fossil.


I was wondering ya'lls opinions on this. Truth or hoax? Fact or Fiction?

aren't there reptiles or amphibians that can change their sex? sounds kind of hokey to me....it's not like they were even aware of what they were doing...nature and instinct ruled their minds.

Sounds quite plausible, as homosexuality (or homosexual behavior, anyway) is apparently quite common in many species. A natural way of controlling population numbers, some say.

Quite right; homosexuality is indeed not a rare thing in the animal world. Having said that, I am still mighty skeptical about fossilized porn, so I will have to reserve judgement.

Okay... um... who is to say whey werent fighting? Im sure the fissil could not have been THAT detailed.
