It seems the millitary have created a new substance designed to be used for relaying information out on the battle field . Only the further I read into the story the more I thought the conspiracy theorists may enjoy it . original.gif

But the question specifically refers to too much. What is the definition of too much? Wouldn't inhaling too much of anything kill you?

Just curious

Well, inhaling too much fresh air never killed anyone.. Maybe it has just thrown people into shock, but never caused death... whistling.gif

That is only because of the body's natural reaction/reflex against too much fresh air.
What I mean is, if a hose was hooked up to your face blowing fresh air at you, your body would react and close off the passageway. You would most likely die by suffocation, and not inhalation, due to too much fresh air. But if the hose had a pressure beyond that which the body can counter, then what?

is it like when you stick your head out the car window (when you were younger) and the air rushes towards you and breathe in too much and then you cant breathe?
UnpopularLola
did that make sense?
Homer
That makes perfect sense, and that is what I was referring to original.gif

The definition of too much: More than enough...
The definition of enough: Of a sufficient quantity to satisfy need...

First question answered!

To answer your second question, a very brief example:

The body needs no tetrahydrocannabinol to survive. Inhaling any quantity of it, considering the definition of too much, is too much in itself. After roughly eight years of daily inhalation, I'm still alive enough to type this post. Therefore, the answer to your second question:

There are some things in this world that you can inhale too much of and live to talk about it....

Whoa...

If this topic intrigues you, I'd highly suggest reading Michael Crichton's latest book titled "Prey".

I read it last night, cover to cover. Amazing book. Very umm...very chilling come to think of it...
