She does not talk to dead people. What she does do is cold readings, word manipulations, and even a few cheap parlor tricks, like having plants in the audience to supply her with information. None of this is subjective, but rather can be seen on videos and the same conclusion can be (and has been) reached by many people familiar with the techniques.
