Okay. A girl gets spores from a radioactive flower up her nose, gets alergic...super powers are: Skilled fighter, super strength, flexible, pre-cognition sense, radioactive blasts(sparingly). The flowers were radioactive because in the 1950's a nuclear factory dumped toxic(radioactive) waste in the area.
Does that sound good?

Yes Welcome to the board

I have moved this thread to the writers hang out.
And as far as radio active sounds it's fine, i just feel that radioactive has been done and was big in the 50's and 60's. how about genetically engineered instead?

I'd go with Kismit's idea. But if you want to keep it with powers from radioactivity, I'd recommend making her a collage student who needs some cash. She goes to be a test subject for a new drug and gets some money, but it also gives her immunity to certain forms of radioactive material. Then she'll be all confused about the powers and think it's the drug. Wow... First comic book idea, and I gave it to someone else... Meh, use it, I don't care. I have the Coffin Fly and BroodStone stories...
