I'm reading a very old book and just a seconds ago i found a little piece of paper with this written:

I'm really curious to know what it means and i tough that maybe it has to do with numerology cos the book talks about that (besides other things). the name of the original book is:"LES DOSSIERS DE L'ÉTRANGE".

Well the first seven sequences are supposed to be the numerical order for heaven, the remaing are unknown and thought to be that of hell. If you have found this it means you have been chosen. Chosen for terrible deeds beyond our comprehension. You will now spend you days wandering across exotic lands, massing information for the coming numeracy apocalypse.

Of course they could just be random numbers, dates, or security codes...

You need a code breaker for this one. I would contact the NSA and ask for assistance.

Also i took another look and i foun this sequence written in the upper right corner of the first page:
8-6-8-2

hmmm assign all letters a number, try that. assign them in a reverse order, try that to. see if the number correspond to a page, paragraph, sentence, letter in the book.
So 8-6-8-2 would be page 8 paragraph 6 sentence 8 letter 2.
Or it could be something in your language (lettering)

Numerology deals with 1 through 9, 11 and 22. So, I don't think this involves numerology. Unless they want you to break down some of the numbers, for example 32 would be 3+2 or 5...
