OK this happened to me twice. Once when i was 7 another time i was 14.

From the ages of when i was born to 7 i lived in this place called clearwater bay, then i moved away from there when i turned 7 and from the ages of 8 to 13/14 i lived in another place. The when i turned 14 we moved again back to clearwater bay.

Clearwater bay is located on the outskirts of the city so where these two events took place is kinda remote and there usually isn't people around that late.

Anyways here it goes, when i was 7, my mum, dad and sister were driving home it was about 12 at night, there was another car on the road which happened to be our neighbour who lives two houses down from us, and they were about 20 meteres ahead of us.
There this one part of the road which is right next to this BLOODY scary house that has been abandoned ever since we've moved into the clearwater bay area, there's a gate thats padlocked which leads up to the house and its SO dark at night there that if you drive past the entrance leading up to the house you can't see the gate or anything, which only happens to be about 5 meters from the main road. ANyways just giving the setting right now. we were driving home and all off a sudden we see someone walk across the road then stop in the middle of our lane take a foto of our car(my familys car) then continue walking across the road into the area where the entrance to the scary house is. By now the neighobours car was only about 5 meters infront of this person. so it was the neighbours car, 5 meters of space then about 15 meters of space between the person and the car i was in.

everyone in the car saw it. and when we drove past the gate we looked and there was nothing there (even if there was we couldn't see nothing coz its so dark), so where this happens is like 2 minutes from our house so we get home and the neighbour is parking their car. after both cars are parked (my fam and the neighbour) we both get out and start walking to each other and we asked them if they saw the flash, in which the replied they were just about to come over and ask us the same thing.

We didn't give it much thought so we went home whatever story over. But then it happened again in the EXACT same place in the EXACT same way. but 7 years later when i was 14. Now i'm 21 i wonder if it'll happen again coz we've moved out of clearwater bay and recently moved back again.

I'm not trying to say it was some UFO or ghost or chupacabra with a camera or big foot, or lochness or anything like that, just telling you my experience, coz i found it weird.

I think its just some weirdo that likes taking head on fotos of cars coming towards him/her. but its pretty crazy that it happened twice in the exact same place.

With my luck, they'd probably take my picture on a bad hair day.

I'd probably ask you if your family has any reason you know of to be investigated by the Feds or trailed by a Private Investigator..An abandoned house would be perfect place to set up a surveillance sight..

yo sqracth i'm real sorry about that...i had a little to much to drink and well...one thing led to another and my friends like "dude! take a random picture and freak him out!!!" and i thought hey! why not. sry for any harm i've caused you!

I am dying for it to happen again, i was still small before but now i'm older, bigger and badder, lol, so i would love to meet whoever this person is taking fotos and well no i would just say whats up?

I'm 90% sure that it was a person i saw legs and a body. The feds wouldn't be on the to my parents for anything, they pay their taxes, good citizens. I'm dying to kno what it is.

How far is it between the scary house and the house(s) that you have lived in all three times you have moved there?

Ummm less than a mile? Why?

Just wondering if any possible inhabitants might be keeping an eye on you or your family. If the house were close enough, anyone that b might be in the house might have had regular sightings of your family and would have wanted a photograph for whatever reasons.

The guy that took a photo of your car is a murderer! I can tell by what yo said he did remember AVOID CONFRONTATIONS AND KEEP A WEAPON STORED. If you get a little scared tell my what state you live in I'll make a call and you'll have *cough* ninjas *cough* bodyguards for your needs

If it's someone keeping tabs on the family, why would they make themselves so obvious? If it had only happened once, I'd just say it was a stupid person wanting to catch the look on people's faces who think they're about to run somebody down.

Did you just see a flash of could you see an actual camera? Maybe the flash wasn't from a camera.

Well this is kinda of an old topic, but seeing as it has been resurrected I would like to say what I think.

I think it's a form of "chicken", where stupid teenagers jump out and scare cars. Except in this case they are taking photos to freak you out.

Growing up here in Chattanooga, we just threw firecrackers at the cars...hehehe...

I did something like that . but what we did was toss life-like dummies onto the front of moving cars all covered in red paint. Then pulled them off with ropes and ran. lol. Never got caught but no one got hurt. Now that I think back I was pretty sick back then.
