It has a photoshopped image of a guy's butt - and may actually have a visible external "tail."

The feet are completely photoshopped - all you have to do is look closely at the "toes" (fingers, in reality!), and you can see the blurred lines where the pics were added to the guy's own feet. There is also some stretching or morphing of the feet to support the misaligned big toe.

So, you see, it IS about reptilians! Since Icke is big on conspiracies, and this pic is a hoax, obviously they are interrelated!!

It's not that uncommon to be born with a tail, but usually they're removed right when a child is born. They're called abnormally extended coccyges. You can google the term and get all the info and pictures you'll ever want to see.
