I really want to see the type of things people paint/sketch in their free time or at work! I have always enjoyed looking at the different things people sketch/ doodle, it shows some part of their personality .. especially when it is expressive art.
Post them in!

Some of my better stuff- I'm working on illustrating one of my stories- the girl with the scar is the main hero, the other girl is another prominent female in the story. And two of the creatures, lol
ETA: So what if it's been done before? Let's do it again- I want to see, too!

I'm currently working on starting a web comic. As soon as I have a scanner the original art work, character concepts and strips(?) will be online.

I have a website with some of my 'artwork' on it. The domain I had ran out, so back to the old url....lol....
http://users.bigpond.net.au/Surrealism/Welcome/Welcome.htmIt may take a while to load, but all the main pics (and a few others) change when the mouse runs over it.

I love all your work!! its incredible, especially you Diebytheflyguy! The way You use the luminous ghost like formations over the black background is amazing! Your Photoshop skills are really reallyy good!! Those formations You create with the thin, light-lines look as if they are complex web patterns but when you look carefully you can make out a image of something. That type of art I really like .. a hidden image .. its looks amazing!
I'll post my art work soon as soon as I get my Scanner to work lol!

The ones Im showing you now were done two years ago! I am not using false modesty when I say these pieces are cr** in order to get compliments on them.. I know they are bad, just leave it at that lol!! These are the only ones I have .. all my art that I have done this year is at college. I will scan them in as soon as possible!

I'll second that- he's simply amazing. A lot of the people on here put me to shame, but at least I got a new skill brackett to shoot for,

.
I've given up trying to attach my coloring attempts, so I'm just going to link everyone to them on Deviant Art. es, people who are gonna ask, I signed up as a guy- I wanted actual critique, not no-life internet pervs asking me to put up nude masturbation pics of me for the erotic gallery... Deviant Art used to be horrible about that, until they removed the erotic galleries and those types quit coming.
Anyhow:
Single color attempt-
Hermione GrangerMedievial Color scheme-
ManticoreRed on White-
Red on White- Kuja from Final Fantasy IXImplied lines-
I drew this from a pic of JapanPhotoshop-
Yuna, as the singer in FFX-2Pastel Pencils-
Harry PotterFlash animated-
Inu-YashaAnd there's a lot more on that site... I'll be back to see everyone else's but all my work -good and bad- is on DA. I'm just linking you to what I consider my highlights in both lineart and coloring. If you want to save time and see it all, here's my user/journal page:

You have an interesting style Hoagy (refering to 'The Phantom of The Opera') .. what media/ tools did you use to create it? oil paints? pastels? I like it mainly because it has that old classic movie poster effect to it .. like the way posters looked like back in the 60/70's . if thats the look you were going for, You have done a good piece!

It actually represents Earth. The Purple mass is the universe which is small portion because we've only discovered such a portion, (Small portion). The Two masses represent one portion of our world (Hemisphere's) The Hemisphere to the left is calm and peaceful otherwise to the south. The Hemisphere to right is corrupted and hit with great unfortunate events. While, the Left Hemisphere is being sucked up into the same thing.
Summary: It's to represent how the earth is too individual on the interior rather than being a whole.
