The game was all about Robert. My former laker is the best when it comes to clutch shots and crunch time. Robert can rest assure hell have a ring on his thumb on his left hand. I can smell his 6th ring and the 3rd title for the Spurs.

Jun 20 2005, 04:26 AM
And Spurs dont? Yes I know they lost big time in Games 3 and 4. But thats only because of the Fans. The Spurs couldnt have ever get on a roll because of the Energy in the Arena being fed to the Pistons. And the Pistons defense. But Spurs could play some extrordinary defense to.

It'd be more dramatic if the next game was won by the Pistons, so they'd have to play one tie-breaker game. That'd be pretty awesome in my opinion.

Knicks baby, Go Knicks, the best team in the NBA boy!
Now back to reality

, I wanted the Spurs to win but now the Pistons got it 3-3 I'm rooting for them, look at the stats, Coach Larry Brown's Piston thrives over adversity. How could I have been dumb again, I thought the Lakers would win last yr, and I doubted the Pistons again this yr, No not this time, They going to win it, because its east coast basketball!

Its Half Time 39-38 Detroit
Looks like this is a low scoring game my final scores might not hold up, but scoring can be infectious and it could go to over time which I do expect to happen.

*CHEAP APPLAUSE FOR THE SPURS*
I gotta complaint. If Duncan made all his shots last night, and the Pistons were shooting 40% (cRaP) did it not look to anyone else that the Pistons were playing like they were TOLD to lose? I smell a conSPIRACY!!! I mean, come on... two years in a row making it to game seven?! Its all a publicity stunt to keep butts in the seats, making the teams and the networks money... (side note, hysterical commercials last night) but it looked really rigged to me. Duncan was making every shot, and just two nights ago he couldn't get the ball to come near the rim, and if it did, it only hit it and bounced off. And the Pistons shot like S*** last night... every play was executed with grace and looked awesome til they made their shot and missed. I was and still am VERY disappointed with the outcome of that game. RIGGED I tell you, RIGGED!

I am now waiting for next season for the Lakers takeover! This finals was boring as hell! i wanted Spurs to win just to bring the title back to the West Coast

I had that same reason, West Side emotions

.
But I really don't understand how a Championship game can be rigged

. I just don't think the Pistons would be willing to lose on purpose or would someone like Tim Duncan suddenly become good of all a sudden.

Easy, if there's more money involved in bets, then that can "throw" a game. No one really investigate an officials call. There are bad calls all the time. Imagine, all the bookies turning in bets worth $10 million total and this is on a smaller scale...wouldn't it be worth it to pay out $100K to an official to call a few "bad calls". And if the officials only make certain amount annually, 100k sounds good for a game and a few bad calls. I only learned about this through one of my friends...i don't gamble but i know it he was a bookie, and i saw him predict a game after a phone call, then places $40k bet and win. He even predicted the spread and how much it would cover by..... now that's fishy. Just my thought..
