Jesus spoke to the disciples as he came to them after being risen.

I know this really isn't a ghost scripture but it is similiar.

Genesis 6...if you can call that ghosts (well, in old times unclean spirits were thought to be the nephilim, belief that was lost in our times). I beleive Ecclesiastes had something on revenants created for specific purposes on earth (but that could be from the apocryphal ecclesiasticus...don't remember).

I don't have a Bible handy for chapter and verse, but I've always enjoyed the tale of Saul summoning the spirit of Samuel for guidance..And basically being told by him to "Get bent"..
