Ok, a friend's friend took this video with his phone while driving late around 3am in the morning. In the last 3/4 of the movie you will see a white firgure next to a pole.

It's taken close to the college where I used to attend.

What do you think? I'm leaning to a fake though... somebody was trying to scare him maybe?

Is .3gp a quicktime file format? If not, I caution anyone from downloading this time. I downloaded it, but while I have quicktime, the file type is still unknown.

Well it does in fact look suspicious.But i am leaning towards being a fake.

It looks like someone just standing on the side of the road... if there was more light it would be easier to see. why would someone be standing in that area if it was really a person? are there dorms near there? bars, anything? If it is in an area where you would usually expect to see people It wouldn't suprise me, but if it was in an area away from houses, buildings etc... then it would be far more believable.

Yep, looks like someone standing at the side of the road, dressed in white. He passes a number of buildings during his trip; it makes sense that people might be out, wandering the area.

Edit: The last one looks like a member of the KKK. Racist ghost?
