This happened to me about 5 years ago.

A friend and I had been skating in this skate park and were tired and one the way back to his. The skate park is located in the city, so there were quite a few tall buildings around. So we're skating through this park area to get to the train station, just skating and talkin when my friend looks up and goes "Holy sh*t! Look its a UFO!"I look up and i see this thing in the area just slowly floating past a building, the building was abt 40 or 50 stories and it was just above it, floating REAL slow. What we saw was a semi-circle of a faint blue light. Slowly drifting above us. We were sooo freakin scared we just stopped looked up and we're freaking out. I couldn't believe what i was seeing. I was like NO WAY NO WAY am i seeing a UFO. Then i notice. it ain't no UFO. What was it?

This supposed UFO, with its semi circle of faint blue lights, was in fact a flock of white birds, flying in a semi circle formation and their white feathers were reflecting the blue neon lights that were on top of the building they wre flying past. TEEHEE.. Jus thought i'd tell u guys "UFO" experience. Still scared the bejesus outta me when i first saw it...

Great story. I was going to ask about a thousand questions and give you alternate explanations but a flock of birds is fitting.

i thought it was a pretty funny story, i was so scared. MAN was i scared, me and my friend felt pretty effin stupid when we noticed we were cowering next to a push really close to each other looking up scared outta our minds over a flock of birds.. HAHA LOL
Bastard Child
reminds me of one night when in had a scare.

I was jogging thru a park it was late at night and i look up to see two lights which i thought (at first) was each end of some sort of craft, but the space between these lights would have had been at least 50 metres so what i thought i was seing was huge.. and they were both in line with each other so it did appear that they were part of the same large object just slowly hovering there.... then i see these other tiny balls of light about 5 in each group spinning in a circular motion at this point im thinking, im done for, this is it. I was really scared just standing there looking.

then i noticed the 2 lights i originaly thought were part of a larger craft, started floating away from each other so i then realised they were not part of a craft at all... then behind them all came your regular run of the mill fire works..

thats what they were all along, ive never seen fireworks like these before but thats what they were.. they were just doing a bit of a test run before the big fireworks thing they have in that park every year...

not a ufo experience but still a good scare..

im sure you would agree its a great feeling of adrenalin when you THINK you have seen something like that.

although there was ONE time i saw something i still cant explain to this day

Night time sightings do tend to be not as reliable. But there was this one time.

hahaha thats a pretty funny story bastard child,

The feeling was a mixture of excitement and fear, excited that you might of seen a Alien aircraft, and fear of OMG they're here to take over the world...

Stupid birds. oh and welcome to the forums

Roger, jus looks like a big light in the sky, but i would've been terrified as well. The "UFO" i saw also looked like it was pulsing because when ever the birds wings flapped, at a certain point it would create another surface for the neon lights to reflect of, making it look like it was pulsing..

I have a really stupid one to share..lol. God, I felt dumb when I realized.

I was outside at night putting the garbage away, when I saw this light in the sky that was stationary, and it was changing colors from blue to red, and then back to blue. I got out a pair of binoculars to take a closer look, and the same thing was going on.

I thought for sure I had seen something that night. Well, years later I was taking an astronomy class, and we learned all about stars. Some stars look like they're changing colors from blue and red because of their gas emissions...lol, here I thought I had this freaky little UFO story, and it was just a stupid star doing its thing!

lol u get that with commercial planes as well. Sometimes at night i see them they look like stars really far away, and they change colour, and sometimes look like they're blinking. But because they're so far away you don't think its moving
