I've never had experience with one but I am dealthy afraid of my house being on fire specially since I have my three children in my home. I mostly afraid of not waking up on time to get them out or the fire starting between us to where I can't save them!

no experience being in a fire, but death by fire would be terrible... I cry like a baby when my hair flat iron accidently touches my scalp!

I remember a grease fire in the house where I grew up. I was around 5. I remember watching the kitchen catch on fire. It was almost hypnotic. My family was able to put it with an extinguisher before it destroyed too much. I don't remember being scared, but it would freak me out now.

When I was nine years old I set the Christmas tree on fire, destroyed the living room and everyone's presents. My dad gave me a whoppin' that shook the windows. I deserved it, for that and many other things.

<=me, post whoopin'

I love fire. Fire to me is life. Water is death.

You shouldn't add another topic if the mods closed down your first one...
Are you scared of fires?Anyways, why be afraid of fire? They give you warmth, cook your food, give you something cool to play with, etc.

When I was a little kid around 13, my friend and I went into an alley (behind my house) and there was this mattress just lying on the wall. My friend decided to pull out a match and light it on fire, it burnt so quick we paniced. I tried to get it out but no good, so we just ran and you could see a HUGE smog above the house the mattress was by. A week later we went to check and where the mattress was was just pitch black.

Growing up here in Chattanooga me and my friends enjoyed throwing firecrackers at passing cars.
We almost got arrested once. But boy was it worth it.
