tomorrow is canada day, it's a big holiday here, a genuine long weekend.
we will be out drinking lots of canadian beer, throwing a bison burger on the bar-b-q, lighting fireworks and being all round very proud to be a canuck.
and then on monday, our american friends to the south, make it a bookended long weekend with their july 4 celebrations.
as i am not going to be here tomorrow, to all celebrating their respective holidays have a great time and enjoy your family and friends.

...and i menat to add this on the end.
why not tell everyone what your plans for your holiday is, just to let others know what you do on canada day, or july the 4th.
i am heading up to my brothers cottage on sharbot lake, it's a good day, swimming, fishing, bar-b-quing, and then at night all the boats go out on the lake all lit up, and watch the fireworks being sent off from the beach in the town of sharbot lake.
i always enjoy it.
what are you doing?

[Here's a lil' joke on the name.]
There's a theory where the first expedition to find Canada was a Spanish one. They found it in the winter time so the leader of the expedition said in spanish slang "Aqa Nada". Translate to "here nothing"
[Although most will point out the fact that it's writen "Aqui" in some slang it is said "A-ca"]

haha, a few days ago we lit a smoke grenade underneath a car bridge and it started collecting, it was great!

Oh no, suddenly I'm feeling really guilty for buying Belgian beer. Should have gotten some Moosehead!
Oh well, too late now. I'll be up on the Hill partying it up with a million other people. It'll be good times for sure.

Happy Canada day for those and Independence Day for others.
I will be watching War Of The Worlds. I think it's kinda weird that that comes out around Independance day, and the movie Independance day is about aliens.. hmmm.... I'm also going to a friends party, then to Wolfe Park to watch FIREWORKS! Of course I'm going to be a perfect angel

4th of July is easily my favorite holiday of the year.
Call me a pyromaniac, but I love blowing stuff up.
I've got a huge bag of fireworks, and I'm ready for some fun! Can't wait.

Canada rules.
Here is a quote from our greatest canadian
Man can now fly in the air like a bird, swim under the ocean like a fish, he can burrow into the ground like a mole. Now if only he could walk the earth like a man, this would be paradise.

This maybe off-topic, but do any Americans have any grudges over Britains colonisation of America?

Absolutely not! The Fourth of July celebrates the independence of America, no hard feelings on the British. You guys had many influences on America, including the Childrens favorite read, Harry Potter
