It's nice and short. I'm no poetry expert but the rythm is a little off. For the "Does anyone truly care about me" i would cut the "about me" it will give it a better "beat". Although it is self expression and the only true judge here is you.

It gives people a very, very good idea of what you are like. I suppose that is its aim.

Probably better than some of the stuff I could write, I am not so great at poetry, writing fiction comes easier to me.
