I've rented that game "Brothers in Arms". (about a squad in The 101st Airborne, that you get to command) I think its pretty cool, The AI in the game are very smart, they find cover on their own, engage enemies automaticly,etc...
The graphics may not be the best but the Gameplay makes up for it.
ah, its fun to lead!

I'm playing on my X-box, but the graphics look very much like PS2 graphics. I heard the game is left wide open for a sequel. hopefully they can among many things fix the graphics. either way tis a fun game.

you should be able to position a sniper before the mission starts in order for him to be most effective throughout the mission, he could pick off enemy soldiers that you and the squad can't attack...

i played a demo not long ago, the enemy is a lot smarter, its great. i'm waiting though, i'm buying half life 2 for xbox when it gets out, so i'm holding off on buying them both. I've got so much other crap to buy right now, can't go dropping $100 on games.
though i really want to...

this game is pretty darn cool! the AI's act almost like humans! I was suppressing a german team and when I flanked them, the germans were so suprised and were desperatly trying to pull back the bolt on their bolt-action rifles to get off a shot at me....but couldnt do so quickly enough.

I hated the PC version of this game, just hated it. Its completely unrealistic, the weapons are severely f***ed up, somehow the weapons dont fire bullets, they fire needles instead (according to how many shots it takes to actually kill someone) and the AI is the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. I can openly flank the enemy on that game, right infront of their eyes, and then wont know until I shoot them, at which point they stand up and try to kill me.
The sequel is a bit better, although like I said in another thread, it still has its problems.

The Earned in Blood console sequel is definatly better
though I end up having to flank the enemy myself cause when the assault team flanks, they end up loosing all their health.

Lol. And the supression system is messed up too. Either way, I prefer CoD 1 and 2. More realistic, more epic too. Weapons arent completely real yet, but better than in BiA.

yeah, cause one round from the thompson should realisticly have the enemy on the ground.
