I don't know about most of you but ever since the emergence of the Downing St memos I have been trying to figure out the significance ...especially considering the event of 9-11. This means that not only did the President have a pre-concieved notion to get us involved but 9-11 seemed to play a big part in convincing us it was necessary...all that was needed now was evidence...easy enough right? If Iraq was so bad then no doubt we'll find those WMD's...right? Wrong!
So ask yourself this...Why didn't Bush take 9-11 seriously? He seemed awfully anxious to get involved in a war with a country that was NOT a direct threat concerning the 9-11 attacks. Right? Well if Al Queda was a credible threat then why attack a country where there is NO Al Queda? There was never any contact by Saddam and Ben Laden. If there was then ECHELON would have it for sure.
Seems we never heard of Ben after the Pentagon faked his video, claiming it was him, but proved to be a forgery. He pops up during the US Presidential election in time to remind us of what...vote for Bush? I am having serious doubts as to his existence and I don't think that Bush was ever worried about Al Queda...but he sure has changed our country hasn't he? For better or worse I guess is a matter of opinion.
