This is a story I found of the usual website i go to for monthly stories
http://paranormal.about.com/library/blstor...y_july03_18.htmNow of course these stories are never provable and are "stories" submitted by others.. but i've submitted my own story there once and it was posted un altered. Gives somewhat of a good credability.
None the less... the point is, it's a phenominal story.
What do you all think?

Well before anyone jumps to conclusions, we have to think, "What could make someone have that ability?" or "How could that happen?". Could it be a certain gene he has, but then, how does that gene render the ability to create fire? Is it possible he could be a hybrid of some sort of animal capable of doing such? (If anyone can think of something other than a dragon, please post). Hmm...well this will require thinking, though I stick to my theory that anything is possible.

It sounds to me like he manipulates the energy field or aura. I have created heat and cold by doing this in experiments to see what my limits are. If this is the case, and the story is true, this is on the extreme end.

I'm sure over time he'll be able to control it. I'm leaning more to the aura manipulation than hybrid tho. I believe if he learned to meditate, he might be able to control what was happening to him.

I think Basilisk or Salamander are said to be creatures of fire in mythology...
Electric eels we know about...
Kinda relates to the stories of monks that can focus their energy, usually through their hands, to a single point to cause ignition...
Or maybe even relates to SHC?
Cool story.
