They might be evil.
Infact, lets play PRETEND, and say that those aliens just blew up a planet. Would we think of that as evil? Of course, unless your on their side of 'lets cleanse the galaxy of flesh-eating parasites and gun-toting smugglers' by desrtoying their planet.
In that senece, they might not even BE neutral, but more like hmmm, awsome butt-kicking intellect alien super-heros.
But that was not an option so its just neutral!

I've never seen an alian, but think that i might've seen a UFO. There were seven lights in the sky that not of the usual colouring that just stayed in one spot, flashing at me. ?
