complete whitewash!! it states ...
QUOTE
that Republicans have had less chance to commit vote fraud because they controlled fewer "local and administrative offices"

this is backasswards thinking--all you have to do is look at who gained--first and foremost theres bush--secondly you have to look at who has the contracts for the actual voting machines--diebold being the suspects here further incriminate themselves by wanting to eliminate a paper record from all machines wacko.gif --the evidence for fraud in the last "TWO" elections is overwhelming and conclusive yet no one is challenging the scumbags legally--they are ALL guilty--complicity through compliance

There is a whole lot of fraud going on all over the board in regards to democrats AND republicans...

Anytime there are millions of dollars on the line, people will do whatever it takes to gain power, regardless of their party affiliation, to think that any one group is any worse is biased at it's best.

Now thats something we can agree on thumbsup.gif

Like Ive been saying Panther...there is no "right" or "left"...those ideologies are an illusion. No matter who is voted in...these powerful elite get what they want.

That old two party system sold out long ago...but there are still some decent people on both sides.

To me...in my opinion...there seems to be better job op's and a better social infrastructure when the Dems are in office...when the Reps are in...there always seems to be high prices and no jobs and always lots of money going to the Pentagon budget.

I think it is probably easier for Wall Street to get what it wants when the republicans are in office...though Clinton didn't really regulate them well either he did take on tobacco companys which I thought was notable because the money went to help the states pay for what companies have been exploiting.

Both sides are extreme neither help American however when you find a balance between the two America has helped the Rush Linbaughs and Michael Moore's are wrong the answer lies somewhere in between and until both sides stop blameing the other for america's faults nothng will change

Actually there is much truth to that. When a law or policy is impelmented it effects nearly three hundred million people Americas est population. Now common sense will tell you that anythng that effects this many persons will take time to show any impact so this suggest that Clinton getting crdit for boosting economy "may" actually belong to Regan and his actions! I might also suggest that we have a system where no one man actually makes all the decisions. these law and polices are voted on by members of the Senate huse etc. These member consits of members of all parties. Any President will inherit the past ones problems nad achievements it only well inot second term we "may" see actual eveidence of anything this person and the Congress have done.

Panther, Has a good point here, When the Dems are in control all they want to do is spend money, But we are still missing the big picture here! What happens here in the US does not lay on the shoulders of just one man, We the people have let our goverment, allow us to look weak, Bin Laden would have never hit the trade towers if Clinton had not let him get away for so long with the attacks he had already carried out against the american people, Most people do not talk about the fact the Sadiu goverment had him, they wanted to turn him over to us, and Clinton would not take this man, even though he had helped carry out a attack on the Cole, and why did he not take him? because he was too busy trying to tell the world he had not had sex with another women, what a surprise!, Now just stop and think what would of happen on 911 if Clinton had went a head and let the US take Bin Laden into custody, hmmm, It is a shame that for 8 years we had a president who let the world see that we were weak, until Clinton can into office no one had attacked us here in the home land! But they never had to worry about the US, Clinton didn't do anything, what made then think Bush would?;Also i have read all these post and not once have i heard about the bombing Clinton did, just so he could hold off being impeached! What does that say about him, hmm.gif It is time we stop playing the blame game, and look for was to protect ourselves and the rest of the world from the evil of these people who have no regard for the lives of people, who's only crime is to live in a free country!!

It is all a matter of perspective...the republicans are not the problem...the dems are not the problem...Wall Street is a problem...a huge bloodsucking vampire on the face of the world...helping to corrupt democratic and free republics. How many politicians do you think pay attention to us people in this country compared to Wall Street, where politicians are paid off behind closed doors to form policy that caters to special interests? I think you and I were left in the dark a long time ago.

Name one decent Republican, alive and in politic/gov't today, and don't say Rove,Butcher, Rumsfeld or Rice

Unfortunately for guys like our Panther, Ronald Reagan is more mythology than reality. He gave the illusion of patriotism and security while selling the store to the super-rich. He sold Joe Blow on a return to true-grit American values, and then proceeded to vamp up the ostentation and glitz of White House affairs and state ceremonies, where l'il Jimmy Carter was plain and modest. That was Reagan, homespun for you, silk for me!

The canard that Reagan was responsible for the Clinton economy is downright risible, as laffable as the laffer curve.
Those who say the economic boom of the '90s was the payoff of high-tech investments in the '80s are correct. However Reagan had nothing to do with this. Reagan's interest in high-tech was restricted to weapons of war. The Pentagon creates fewer private sector jobs than any other government research body, except the space program. Reagan and the fatcat defense contractors paid no attention to a nerd named Bill Gates starting a company in his garage.
