I would like to start writing, either poetry or just writing like short stories etc.

Thing is, I'm not very imaginative, or I lose concentration after a while and give up. How do you guys write? Do you have a knack or does it just flow? How do you decide your topic to write about?

Tell me!! Help me out, give me suggestions on how to begin properly? I used to write stories in school, but I seem to have lost my flow sad.gif

With Moe, writing pours out of us without cause. This is just something that happens. But it comes and goes without warning.

If you are inspired to write something, than do it snowy. Maybe it can be about something that happened to you. Or maybe about something you want to happen.

Moe's characters are all based on a personality trait within himself, but made extreme.

Its all about self expression Snowy. what is it that you want to express? And idea? An emotion? Think about these things and you will be jazzed.

Poetry is a good way to organize thoughts. Try starting with that. original.gif

Snowy, just write from the heart, or write how you feel. It's not being imaginative thats the key, its just being honest and writing about how you feel on something...
