Correspondence on the London Evening Standard Internet Forum from two people who travelled by tube on the morning of the London bombings:
Hi everyone,
Did anyone travelling in BEFORE the attacks began yesterday notice anything peculiar on their tube journey?
I catch the Piccadilly line at 7.15am each morning from Southgate to reach my work in Kensington by 8.00. Normally, all seats are taken by Finsbury Park and carriages are packed by Kings Cross.
However, yesterday my tube journey was eerily quiet. For the first time ever there were spare seats in my carriage all the way through zone 1. It was noticeable enough for me to wonder what on earth was going on. This was at 7.45 - over an hour before attacks began.
I've also heard people saying that the Northern Line was being shut down at the same time.
Is there something that we're not being told?

I was due to pick a work colleague up from balham at 7:15am, but when I got there I was greeted with Tube emergency vans, police and and hoards of people being turned away from a closed station.
All very strange they must have known something was going to happen, they surely had a tip off. As I drove along the road, (which also follows the tubes) they were all shut and hundreds of people were queuing for buses.
When I reached Oval, which was open there were two armed policemen in a road next to the station, which for a quiet area like that is extremely rare. The northern line was shut from Morden to Stockwell.
They blatantly knew something was going down, they just got it wrong and are hoping no one mentions anything.
Does EVERYTHING have to be conspiratorial? Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzz

That is very strange. And damning evidence, although it could be rooted purely as coincidence.
Walken, if it were true do you not think it would have been all over the news They love stories like that and they do not care who it hurts when they tell it, I know their will be those who say the media is covering up, But please they tell every thing they know, Why would they not tell this as well! I mean they air shows telling what we do not have protected,! why would they not air a story about how the British goverment messed up!

Because the police state is coming - Any thing that hurts the goverments reputation or image is portrayed as a lie.
Why do you think there will be a police state, the things we are seeing now are only ways for us to fight the terrorist, If the goverment wanted totally control they would need the full support of our military, Believe me i was married to a Navy officer, There is no way OUR boys are going to come in and start killing any US citizen; and that is what would happen if Bush or any president tried to turn us into a policed state.The military would have to do it, think about that, The young men and women fight for us, not against us!
Is it really so strange? The police get a tip-off that there is a bomb somewhere (which, frankly, must occur several times a month, if not a week). Since they cannot close off the entire metro systems, they decide to shut down areas that they can reasonably protect without causing a general panic in the event it is just a hoax.
They didn't know that something was going to go down for certain, but just in case they took a few precautions. Isn't that reasonable?

Do people HONESTLY think that the police knew the exact location of each bomb and chose not to do anything about it? 
Get a grip people... you cannot shut down Londons entire public transport system based on a rumour... it's just never gonna happen.

I am sure the intelligence agencies “knew” something. What that “something” was is the question.
There is no conspiracy here.
It is only in the movies where the hero gets to thwart disaster at the last minute. In real time, an hour is only 60 minutes!
These guys who did this thing had all the time to do it, the authorities were stifled by the lack of “true” intelligence. What I mean is how many attacks are expected, how many warnings come through? By another angle, how many of these attacks are actually stopped, quite a few I would imagine.
Lets give the authorities their due. For every one terror attack that slips through I would hazard a guess that plenty get nipped in the bud. I raise my glass to the British and the sober way in which they deal with this kind of terror.
I can hardly believe my eyes some else who is not crazy! There my be hope for this form after all. 
Let's remember how many times the London police stopped terrorist bombings in the past, too.
Funny they all forget that, it is just so much easier too play the blame game. I am sure you know the one i am talking about, the BUSH, BLAIR, is causing the world to go to hell, It seems to be a favorite on this form! 
Its one thing to connect the dots but in this case there are NO DOTS.
im not sure if you guys are aware of this or not but it has been admitted that there were drills going on in london that morning which dealt with the same number of bombs and coincidentally used the exact same targets as the drills--just like on 9/11!!!

This thread is a big suprise, it is even a bigger suprise who made it.
Of course no one knew that the bombings where about to happen.
If they had the government would have evacuated London and put all special forces on alert...pretty obvious they didn't know really, considering people died.

Well someone had to know. It can't just be a complete accident.
Looks liek I beat Sunofone to it with the link. There's many more. So he admits to carrying out terrorist exercises the exacts date of the attack. Doesn't that make you think that something may be up? Someone outside of the conspiracy may have known and wanted people to be aware. Or it may be a distraction so they don't know if it's a real attack or not.

Well I'm not exactly sure here but I'll give my two pence. Here goes. Because it is a CONSPIRACY! Four go to London Underground and set off bombs at the same time. What do you call that, a friendly get together?
No we call it terrorist! That is what they do, See they blow things up with people inside! Simple; They plan and carry out acts of destruction, That is the easies way to explain it.
They also conspire. The people that killed those people are both conspirators and terrorists no matter who is resposible.

Yes aquatus it is reasonable but completely different from the official version. If they have to lie to us about a simple procedure then how are we supposed to be able to take them seriously? I hate it when a government is secret about everything because usually when there are secrets there is corruption. Still havent heard anything official concerning the Visor Consultants and the company that hired them to do the bombing exercise that day...too darned coincidental. How do you explain that? Do you believe your explanation?
Sunofone...You try so hard to help these people open their eyes but they mock you. Of course it is questionable that the terrorists and those doing terror drills are working at the same locations at the same times! Their spokesperson talked to the BBC about the whole issue and he refused to disclose the company they conducted the terror drills for...why? Because theyu are worried that there will be a public backlash. So what do nthey do? They find victims of the bombing that were middle eastern by ethnicity and say that they were thew suicide bombers...at this point it is all still circumstantial but we are constantly drilled by the news that it was Al Queda...what a joke! Terrorists claim responsibility for things like this because they want to be heard.

This is absolutely mind boggling. The chances for these two events taking place at the same time, let alone in the same locations are astronomical (numbers so big we had to look up how to say them). And these estimates are within a very conservative five year mean. In other words, most statistical analysis that is designed to create the impression of a similarly incredible improbability is usually framed within a greater amount of time: 50 years since England began experiencing bombings, 130 years since the Tube first opened, etc. We don't need to frame these results in that way because the chance is so low that these events would ever occur simultaneously without some sort of intervention that one might go so far as to call it impossible.

exactly what we've been trying to tell you--the nwo and their system of control is already in place and has been for a long time--this is exactly "why" it is so crucial to resist the final incrimentations of the nwo--with the human genome mapping and deciphering almost done soon they will know who has flawed dna and everyone who has cancer,diabetes,arthritis,parkinsons or any genetic flaws will soon be exterminated--just as soon as they can map our genes and store them in a chip implanted within our bodies they will procede to the next level of eugenics

About the statisitc thing, if you leave 500 monkeys in a room for an infinite period of time with typewriters then the chances are they will write the whole script of macbeth word for word.
