Here is a site that can give you some good pointers.
http://home.xtra.co.nz/hosts/Wingmakers/Electrokinesis.htmlA good thing to do Electro is understanding and feeling the energy within you. Especially when you meditate, when you breathe deep and slow, take the moment to focus on the air come in and out of your body, how your body moves in syncronization with the air inhaled and exhaled, now, after several moments, can you feel the air moving through your body? With the energy flowing in and around your body, it is the same concept as air being inhaled and exhaled. Breathing is very natural as it is essential to life, and once you do it enough, it becomes natural, its similar to feeling energy and being able to move it and create it. Breathing is in a sense one with your being, and so is your energy and your 'will.' It is also similar to moving the limbs, you want to do something with your arm or leg, the mind directs that message to what body part you want to move to do something. Same with energy manipulation. In order to anything right, especially in metaphysics, you have to be aware of yourself, and in connection with all states of being, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
So what I had mentioned above with breathing, is basically meditation that will help calm your mind in order to focus and direct your 'will,' while becoming in touch with your energy and the states of being.
The more practice you have, the easier it'll become to move your energy and manipulate it or create it into what you'd like it to be, just use your creativity and your 'will.' I would also advise understanding what electricity is and what it can do, as well as what it is created from, not just scientific terms, but metaphysical terms as well. Take a look at some articles about the aura, as well as prana energy. Knowledge is the key to being able to do anything, as well as understanding how to diffuse a problem if it comes up. If this does work for you, keep in mind that power can burn someone's mind if they let it, so you have to control yourself.
