I thought at first that the black figure "dancing" around was supposed to be the alien, but actually it's this thing that pops out from behind a telephone poll when the guy goes back to get a ball. The video's so blurry it's really hard for me to make out anything. It does remind me a bit of the "alien caught on film in Mexico" scene in Signs. Could be a hoax inspired by the movie, but really I don't know.

As for the McPherson tape, there were no credits at the end of that UTube version, but it's obviously fake. Those people can't act. It's still kind of neat, though. I wonder how they made the spaceship? Someone said it looked like a "deep saturation dive bell", but how did they get it there?

The McPherson tape reminded me a little of Signs too... I wonder if Shymalan saw the tape before he made the movie?

haha i would have believe it if the guys didn't sound so fake. if you see an alien looking at you, you don't go to your friend and say "keep recording", you get the <,bleep> out of there!

I will try to comunicate with the producers of the 2 argentinean shows where this video was aired, one in 1997 if i remember correctly, and the other a few years ago.

Hi there, im Orion437 friend, today we were talking about the aliens and i told him about this EXACT video, he told me about this forum, and im very impressed that this video is so much popular , i remember it very very well, it was an USA family at a house, there were lot of kids and i remember a girl too, just behind the sofá there´s a window, and the guy that is recording the video, does some pans, and at one pan you see that the girl says to the cammera something, like ¨stop that... bla bla¨ and just at that time, the alien face appears, like for some seconds and goes away, after that , the guy who is recording notices it, and gets scared. Thats all i can remember, it was aired like 5 years ago or so, at a Channel called Infinito over here. Ive NEVER seen that video again anywhere, and i really WANT that. Sad tried all searching methods and words, and i cant really find it . It is possible that this video isnt on the net?

it's really discouraging no-one found this video yet. i found another movie with an 'alien' through a window, i thought it was the one you guys have been looking for but it's not. Anyway, I have posted on my myspace three alien videos, including the mcpherson tape. I know 2 of them aren't real but it's good to have this things filed in case someone tries to look for them in future; then we wouldn't have this predicament. Anyway, I really want to see this video, and you should check out the last video on my page since I don't think anyone has looked at it yet.

and finally, the mcpherson tape is a hoax. the thing that clued me in is that the help-number at the end is a 555 number. Also read this

This thread is better than the Da Vinci code , except for the fact that the tape hasnt been found. I'm a sucker for infamous freaky footage and pics. The description of it reminds me of a documentary on ghosts I saw waaaay back when. There was a segment about a legend called "The Blue Boy" which is very similar to the tape yall are looking for. Even thinking about that documentary gives me chills, and I have an ironclad constitution when it comes to that kind of thing lol

I've never seen this footage. A couple of my friends however have. It was shown at roughly 11:00 PM at night in the year 2000. When questioned about the footage, TV2 denied having broadcast it.

I read through this entire thread yesterday, and I had to come back to register just to give credits to the guys who have tried tracking this video down. You have caught my interest. I want to see this video so badly!

I hope and think that the video will see daylight sometime, it`s just a question of when. But somehow I feel that it`s going to be a major let down, what with all the hype that`s been building up over the last months.

That's just creepy. Has this been proven a hoax or is it up in the air? Even if its fake, it still made my heart jump.

No, it has not been found online yet. That video clip is really scary when the alien peeks out of the door.

Yeah. I've e-mailed the company that produced Strange Universe called Rysher Entertainment two times already. I still have no response. I even tried contacting KCOP TV, and there was no response either.

Has anyone tried going on Bearshare, KaZaA or Limewire or somthing like that and download the episode? You can go on tv.com or somthing to find what episode it was.

Yes, I think everything has been tried. It probably isn`t anywhere on the net or on any p2p-programs. I think our last possibility is to contact the producers of the show, which has been done, but they haven`t answered yet.

The video clip with the announcement that the tape was found near where the teens went missing seems too Blair Witch to me.

It scared me too the first time I viewed it, I actually jumped in my seat

I want to see it too and I've been following this thread forever to see if anyone has found it. I've even searched for it myself. I'm beginning to think it doesn't exist in any form except for the original airing!!

Yeah. It's not in the P2Ps. Also, TV.com doesn't have anything on the Strange Universe page(no episodes, no cast, nothing in the forum), but, it does say that it premiered on September 9, 1996.

I saw this horrifing clip of a guy in a grave yard at school . all my friends where watchin and the guy heard somethin...he turned his camera and a girl was there.(note: she was not there 2 seconds ago!) she was praying. then she turned her head slowly towards the guy.....AND HE FREAKS AND STARTS RUNNIN YOU CAN HEAR HIM SCREAMIN IN MEXICAN AND IN THE BACK GROUND YOU CAN HEAR A MUTADED GIRL SHRIEK! I just installed kazaa specifically to find this tape, but alas, no luck. But my bro says he knows how to acquire the video, of course I dont believe him(he's not really a reliable source), but just in case he does somehow get a hold of it ill be sure to post it.

this doesnt say it is a hoax, this is a movie made about the siting, says nothing about it being a hoax.

The McPherson Tape is an arguably true story about the McPherson family who had met up for Thanksgiving like any other normal American family, totally unaware as to what the night would hold for them. The family are visited by Aliens, I hear you say " Yeah Yeah another alien abduction story ", but this is an alien story with a difference!. The difference here is that a camcorder tape was left behind from the Thanksgiving celebration from hell. The actor's themselves play their parts well at times it looks like ' Ham Acting ' but these are real emotions we are seeing. No it was not true. They were all actors. The kid that is the middle brother used to be on some space show on Nickelodeon.

Once again if you read the post it says this is a movie based on the siting not a video of the siting a movie about the siting.
