I have been an obe mentor for a while now. I can get most people projecting within a few months. I only take two students at a time so apply now.

Could you give a brief description of a OBE experience> I know its when you astral travel with your soul but can you describe what you might encounter during one of these OBE'S? What book do you recommend on the subject. I have heard of Robert bruce before is his work any good?

And it won't always take months to acomplish, it depends on the person. It could take days, weeks, months, or even years, It all depends on you. I practices OBEs nightly and have acomplished it once or twice. The first time I did it I awoke upon leaving my body which really sucked.
This i something that I wrote a whle ago on PPS and I was wondering if you could shed some light on the situation.

"The other day while trying to OBE I finally got into the right state of consciousness. I could feel two of me, a heavy limp one and a tingly light one. I was having problems though. I could barely breath and I couldn't see anything. What was even worse was that I couldn't leave. I was just stuck like that until I stopped breathing after stuggling so long and woke up.
