well about six months ago i found a very usefull thing called the brainwave generator.. They help with all types of things like ObE's i personally got the beyond being cd's and the help alot... So if your intrested go to google and search brainwave generator, it helps..

You have to pay for the OBE ones though. Besides I doubt this works. I used it before and it just seemed like a placebo to me. It just makes you think that you have better chances. But whatever works for you is okay with me.
