I've been reading a lot lately about regression therapy, and I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who has ever tried it, and is willing to share his or her experiences?

And for those who aren't aware, regression therapy is a form of hypnosis that helps an individual recall past-life experiences. It seems to be a very successful form of therapy.

I've never tried it, but I would definitely be willing.

The other day while at a metaphysical book store i was pawing through a box of books that was marked like 25cents each and came apon this old book about regression. It was written like in the 70's and i was like what the heck its 25 cents at least its a light read. Took it home with a few other books i bought and started reading it and it blew me away. Its so deep! Before starting to read this book i was afraid of regression because i never wanted anyone to mess with my head or leave any post hypnotic suggestions or make me do weird things. And i was in the room while a friend had something simular done called rebirthing and it freaked me out. Anyways back to this book. It raised some interesting theories on how several people while under hypnosis and being regressed have come in contact with their parallel selves. And while under saying that the past present and future are all intertwined into the eternal right now. I've read up before in many other books and such about everyone having a soul group of many souls and they all make up one or the higher self. So since reading more up on regression and stuff i'm left wondering if what alot of people would consider like residual energy really is a parallel time period we catch or feel glimpses of. I dont know. But now i'm definitely interested in trying regression therapy and learning more about this stuff.

Well, if any of you guys do try this, I'd really love to know the outcome.

I heard that it can be dangerous actually as it works on a veru individual basis. I would search a bit more on credible sources before trying that.
