On the December 1st 1987, an off-duty police man was strolling around Ilkley Moor, taking photos of the breath-taking scenery.Then he saw something that was truly breath-taking.A small green man, he described, with a large head, large eyes and huge hands with fingers like sausages.He quickly snapped a photograph.He said it ran away, so he kept following it, but took no more photos.He was confronted by a large saucer-shaped object which promptly hovered and flew away.Here is the photo....

I would want to know if the photo, had been checked!. It look's like a alien, but with so many fake's it's hard to keep a open mind,with just a photo from one person!

It has all ready been checked by a photo-technology expert!It can't be Photoshop or over-lapping film...It can only be a puppet.But this thing doesn't look too plastic or wooden, and it looks like it's moving!

This was inevitable. The board has developed holes and the jokesters are osmosing through.

Stupid policeman. This alone is enough to proove its BS.

i never get it why such photos are so bad quality? does everybody have 50 year old cameras or take photos from a mile away?

I'm surprised at the lack of knowledge on this one.....it's a very famous photo and has undergone rigorous checking none of which could prove it to be faked.We are then left with the testimony of the witness who was a policeman at the time....seems a silly thing for a policeman to come forward with doesn't it ?

Unless he's telling the truth !

It is once you have a first glance at it, a convincing photo.

But like people have stated before me there are too many hoax ones flying about these days

Was the policemen alone ? with his wife/children ? friends ?

But if this is an alien i wonder if it was taking photo's of the scenery aswell ?

But it would take a policemen some guts to say that this is what he saw and that ! imagen if he had told it and everyone thought he was crazy so there must be some truth in it all somewhere ? ! ? mustn't there ?

I don't know if the alien looks like a dummie or the real living thing ?
