May I take this opportunity to thank you all (no exceptions) for your inputs and responses in our various engaging debates.
I am off to pastures new now, and am not planning to return here.
As a parting message I would like to give a brief summary of what I have always believed:
Specific religious belief (e.g miracles, reincarnation, creationism as theory) may be correct, but for one to reach the conclusion of these concepts as “true” is to cast doubt not only on previous conclusions but on the method of conclusion itself.
In brief:
religion thrives within the cracks of science through these cracks a unique and all encompassing system may exists that makes a mockery that is the rigid structure covering it, but be aware that the method used to view this apparent system, has with it its own cracks, both considerably larger, and more frequent than those of the method to begin with.
I wish you all well in the future and hope the system you think is the right one brings you much happiness and enjoyment (even to those to which I was “less than nice”), and who knows, perhaps we will meet up in heaven? or that other place, the one of eternal torment…Wolverhampton
Yours Sincerely
Cold Rain Of Reason
