looks like a skinny midget crossing the road with a cane.

That's an old picture, it's been discussed many times on this forum, although quite awhile ago.
The full image looks quite different, this is just a close-up snip from the main full image.

BurnSide, tell us the theories for this image that was discussed a while ago then. what have people come up with about this?
