They all have their goods and bads, depends on how you play.
The easiest so far would have to be monk.
But that's only my opinion.

This all depends on how much your server is edited and if there are advanced classes. I really can't help you unless I get your server info.

Replacement100 - Monks are easy, but a knight is just simple.

I haven't heard of this game or whatever it is, but I do know that Ragnarok is the armageddon of Norse mythology.
