The big "W" above the northeast horizon, nicely visible starting from 9pm local time on northern hemisphere. The perseus is just beneath it and will go up sometime 11pm. The 3 to 4am time is the best as the radiant (perseus) is above you and the shower covers the biggest part of visible sky - meaning more meteors to see.
But still, don't sweat people. The perseids will last for a few more days (as they were here for a few days before the culmination tonight), albeit in a reduced per-hour frequency.
