We don't have adult swim. Our Cartoon network shows things like Buggy Bunny, Power Rangers, Mutant Tutles etc 24/7 no anime whatsoever. The only anime it did was Full Metal Alchemist during Spring, but only 10 eps then ditched it saying it was too mature for its viewers.
Anime is only shown on Toonami, and nothing but the titles I listed.
Last year they used to do Cowboy Bebop, Big O and Outlaw Star after 1 AM at night, but then they ditched them saying nobody would watch them (what did they expect when they put Bog O on at 5 AM in the morning?! ). Years back they even did Tenchi, Escaflowne, Gundam and Eva... but that was like 5 years ago.
They replaced all the adult anime with Batman of the Future, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, and Samurai Jack.
Basically if it isn't American or for Children, the UK wont show it on TV. Thats why I have 700 DVDs and 80 GBs worth of anime DLs, because I can't get it anywhere else
Here in the states Toonami was a block of shows on Cartoon Network usually on from about 3pm-7pm, although it changed and got shorter over the years. At one point during this block of show they had Tenchi, Outlaw Star, Kenshin, and DBZ in a row. Things like Batman Beyond and Tranformers were some of the last shows when they got rid of the weekday Toonami. They even aired like 3 episodes of Eva at 4pm once! Now it is only on Saturday night and mainly shows things like Rave Master and DBGT. Adult Swim is on Cartoon Network late every night (11:00-1:00 I think).

Live is free on the weekends, but if you pay for premium service you can go on whenever.... I probably end up getting the 360 then the PS3 when it comes out.... might as well have the best of both worlds
So if you just have the silver that comes with the system, then you have to pay for weekdays? Best of both worlds? Ahm?
