This is hardly a conspiracy - those leaked documents are part of an enquiry's report into the shooting that will be released to the public once it is finished. Its hardly a cover up in fact its quite the opposite.
The sadest thing is that someone has leaked this part of the enquiry to the media early to make a fast buck out of a dead man

I cant believe people like you Stuart...This article should get more attention. I remeber a few weeks ago how everyone was commenting about how the police did the right thing and the guy was at fault for running. Well...thanks to someone leaking the documents...the police were found to be wrong for making up a damned lie in the first place. The man didnt run. They shot him and he was seated. Criminal. Ther was a forum here at UM about this incident and so many people wrote in support of police. Eat your words I say.
I laugh at you who run to the establishment media and trust every word the government tells you. And it is stories like this that give me every excuse.

Please re-read what i wrote.
I'm not commenting on whether it was justified or not. Please get your facts correct, the leak was from the IPCC report. This report will be released as soon as it is finished, if it finds the people involved to be criminally negligent then they should be prosecuted. fact.
What i can't stand is that someone leaked a report early to sell to the press to make a quick buck out of a tragedy. How sick is that, or do you support making money out of someones death?
Laugh at me as you will but I will wait for the independent report not a leaked extract and a media circus, it is always best to have all the facts at your command than making a knee jerk reaction.

I laugh because you believe that the story was coming out anyway...I think not. Without the leak, that report probably would have been whitewashed. What Brits should notice is that their police authorities have been lying about the whole 7/7 charade including this incident.
Have you read about the Visor Consultants group yet? They were conducting terror drills in the same locations and times as the real event. You want to know what that sounds like to me? Sounds like someone from within thought they would get cute and use the drill to go "live". Why? Have you not seen the latest legislation coming out of Britain as a result of the supposed "terrorist" attacks? This can all be traced back to the Military Industrial Complex. Stu there are good people in all governments but they dont realise the power that they are up against right now...and so many businesses and banks and militaries are benefitting greatly from prolonging this " War on Terror". Thats why we see a deterioration of rights as a result of this war. Those for a Police State have waited a long time for this moment. Now that they are in power, they dont want to give it up so we will see more "terrorist" attacks in order to make those in power seem legitemate. To make their policies seem legitemate...and no doubt people will support them because they feel they are being "patriotic". Know the difference. Even one of our US presidents warned us of the Military Industrial Complex back in 1960...Eisenhower.

'Family representatives and campaigners for the Brazilian man shot dead on a London tube train are demanding to know how Scotland Yard allowed misleading information to circulate about his killing. In the wake of a leak last night from the independent report, which revealed eyewitnesses seeing Jean Charles de Menezes being held by police in his seat before being shot in the head, attention has now turned to the initial accounts of his death. These claimed he ran from police, vaulted a ticket barrier and was shot on the floor of the carriage.'
