Yeah, they really do need one. It seems like Travel, Discovery, and others are taken over by these shows. Not that I mind, but it would be easier to keep up with the programming. Geez, I remember when SCI-FI first came out. All Star Trek all the time, then they added X Files. Now we have the wonderfully entertaining channel that is Sci-Fi today.

TLC and Discovery annoy me. During the day, it's building houses. At night, it is building cars/motorcycles, as portrayed by an angry family (or two), making old cars look newer and cooler, and decorating houses with a personal flair.
Once in awhile they got a few paranormal shows, but lately they just been showing the same ones over and over again. Animal X might get higher ratings (and other shows like it) on a channel geared specifically for it.
I mean, if there can be a video game channel that hasn't (yet) gone out of business/been bout, surely a paranormal channel would work!
Here's a schedule for the channel:
Monday: Aliens/Astrology/Celestial Anomolies
Tuesday: Cryptozoology
Wednesday: Mysteries of the Mind (faith healing, psychokenisis, etc)
Thursday: Ghosts
Friday: Mythology
Saturday: Alternative History/Ancient Mysteries
Sunday: Religion and Miracles.
I do beleive there are (or could be) plenty of shows that could fill that up, even if it means dusting off a few old things. It wouldn't be difficult at all.
