Google seems to have an IM service now...just go to: http://www.google.com/talk/ and download the ~900k client

If you'd like an invitation, PM me with your email address and ill send it, also ive alreadyd downloaded the client, it looks very simple and user friendly, give it a try.

It's like MSN was when that first came out. Text only, no emoticons etc. but I like it. Knowing Google; this IM will overthrow MSN quite soon.

I downloaded it last night and talked to my son with it....it will get better as they upgrade the software....smilies, web cam, voice chat ect...will come soon im sure...works good...reminds me of AIM when it first came out....just the bare basic messenging program.
