Werewolves (also known as Lycans) are people who have tranformed
to a wolf. Not everything of the old legend is true. For instance the transform
doesn't have to be at full moon. People change to a lycan (or in the beginning starting to suffer at lycantrophy) when they eat the meat of a prey that has been
recently hunted by a wolf. The transform doesnt happen at first by fullmoon but happens afther a while (depending on how strong you are mentaly and fysicaly).
How ever people say Lycans do not excist. But they do, only not in full form.
Some people suffer lycantrophy and are being drugged. The drugging stops the
transform and makes you go mad. In the dark ages (in northern lands specificly)
there where no medicene and people transformed. How ever the disease is
rare because nobody ever eats that meat. There are other ways of getting the
disease how ever I dont know how.. but looking into that. People say lycans
cant resist silver. This is not entirely true. They can resist it, but it stops there transform for a little while. If anyone has good information to share with me then please do so!

In my religeon there are "werewolves" but we call the shapeshifters. They can take the form of many things. They are not effected by silver and the full moon is there most active time, but not because of it effecting them, more because it is brighter and they can see better. Just a little food for thought.

Shapeshifters yes I red about them. Not quite sure or we mean the
same ones. Mine could change form to any kind by using the creatures skin.
And not to be disrespectfull to your religion but I think shapeshifters are something
differnt from lycans. They are similair yes.. but not the same. (Feel free to discus this, nothing better then a good discussion).

Stating your opinion is never disrespectful...at least not to me. But the reason I know this is because my dad (who also perticipates in my religon) has on that lives in the woods behond his house. HE has never offered to hurt any of us, but if we bring new people to my dads house he will come up to them and blow down the back of their neck. It usually scared these people to death and they want to leave right away. But that is just Wolfies (thats what we call him) way of checking them out and making sure that they mean no harm. Dad finds dead deer carcuses behind his house all the time even large dogs sometimes. We suspect this is what he feeds off of.

That is a really interesting thing. But just to be sure, are you saying that
your father is a shapeshifter or a lycan? I mean if he was a lycan you should
make sure he doesnt bite 1 of you. If he does you will suffer the lycantrophy disease.

My dad isnt the shapeshifter. I said that my dad has one that lives behind his house. BIG difference. LOL. You can hear him coming threw the woods. I have seen him as a house cat and a human. That is it. I saw a naked man walking behind dads house and asked dad what it was and he said thats wolfie. And then I saw him as a house cat. Coming out of the woods. As for becoming one. Cant tell you much there except that you cant become what you want to become all the time. It is more of what we are ment to be.

Yeah I heard about the shapelifers too. I think that one's true. People just change somehow when they always lived with so much anger. And they are also violent people who loves to damage lots of stuff when he/she is by himself/herself.

I remember hearing this one rumor that this one kid got expelled from my middle school because he grew violent and he had so much anger that he ate so much junk foods. he didnt brush his teeth. he slept after 35 hours...he played games like crazily (those killing games). >.<;;

Then he started to eat strangily nasty foods like earthworms... and all kinds of bugs. then he started to eat muds. he could eat anything....... when his dad was so upset of his son that he try to take him to the mental instutition because he couldnt take care of him anymore. when his son was on the car getting there. he found out that his dad was taking him to mental institution. that he tried to get out the car, but his dad grabbed him tight. then his son was eating his dad's hand. his son had sharp teeth that he his teeth went through his dad's skin. his dad didn't know what was happening because he always had pain so he didnt care.

this should be in news btw... i dont know if this is in the news. i just heard the rumors from teachers and students.

and that kid chopped up his dad's hand.... his dad saw it when he stopped the car cause of the traffic was red. his dad was going crazy and he started having one of his seizures >.<;;;

his son got out of the car and ran to the forest. no one couldn't find him -_-;;;;;

right now his dad is in the mental institution. the people thought he was crazy thinking that the "chopped hand was from his son" isnt true.

so the police kinda believed him and went looking for the boy. they found him eating this little 5 year old's leg. this 5 year old was missing from the park for 3 days. so the police tried to find that boy who turned crazyily mad. but he ran so fast that they couldnt catch him, then he disappeared.

some people in my school said that they saw him in their backyard. heh.

Im not entrirely sure but I dont think they need the full moon to gain
strenght. They can change at will yes.

The full moon isnt really of any relevance...they can see better in a full moon thats why most ppl say they are more active then!

There is no way that your body could handle such a quick mutation, and if it did, there is no way that it would be able to return completely back to normal. Hell, even going from skinny to fat will give you stretch marks, imagine what turning into a werewolf would do to you.

Almost the same as in my upbringing, or atleast part of it.
According to my Gran, who was Irisch, we had Druids in the family. (still have em I believe)
So things like Shapshifters/Werewolves/lycans where all in a days job so to speak.
I am not saying I buy all of it, but I do respect my heritage and my family (history). (so I am open to it)

I was told that the moon did have effect on shifters, the fuller the moon the wilder the shifter.
But it is true that they don't need the moon to change/shift, atleast that is what I was/am told.

With due respect to everyone's opinion, I would like to share our Philippine shapeshifter which we call "Aswang" ( Pronounced as "Ass Wang" ). Aswang in our country are considered "folklores" but are in reality, they do exist, mostly, in the countryside.

I recently read the remarkable book The Biggest Secret", and was not at all surprised to learn of the existence of shape-shifting reptilian entities in human form, because I myself was married to a shape-shifter for five years. I sent you an e-mail (a few months ago) concerning my experiences when living with this woman, but I forgot to mention something that may be of interest to you regarding shape-shifters.

A few years after my divorce from the shape-shifter, I married a young lady from the Philippines and spent several years living with her on the island of Luzon, in a small town about 70 miles north of Manila. When I was living out there, I was repeatedly warned by people not to leave any house doors or windows open at night because of the danger from "aswang." At first I dismissed the notion of "aswang" as a silly superstition, and ignored the advice to keep the house shut up at night - I couldn't stand the heat!

When I inquired as to exactly what an "aswang" was, my wife told me that there are certain families in the Philippines, notably in the central Visayan islands, who are not human beings but entities of an evil nature, having the power to literally shape-shift into something resembling a large bat or bird. At night, my wife explained, these people shape-shift and fly off in search of blood. When they find a victim, preferably a human victim, they sink a long sort of proboscis into the flesh and drain the blood. This, I was told, often results in the death of the victim from blood loss. When I was told all this, I laughed and refused to take it seriously, but I eventually discovered that there is much evidence that "aswang" almost certainly do exist.

The ability to shape-shift into an aswang exists only within certain families in the Philippines, and appears to be carried through the bloodline. Apparently, members of these notorious families never marry anyone who is not also a shape-shifter, thus the bloodlines are never mixed (hence never diluted) with normal human bloodlines.

I learned from my wife's mother that she herself was once a victim of an aswang attack, but fortunately woke up during the assault and cut of the proboscis of the entity with a sharf knife that she habitually kept under her pillow. (I discovered that many people in the Philippines sleep with a knife under their pillow in case of an aswang attack.)

During my time in the Philippines I found out that the phenomenon of the aswang is taken very seriously by many people there, and is almost universally accepted as a fact by the inhabitants of some of the central Philippine islands where most of the aswang families reside.

Not long before I left the Philippines for the last time (in June 1994) I read an interesting report in the Manila Bulletin, one of the country's national newspapers. It stated that several people in the Tondo district of Manila had recently become victims of aswang attacks, and had died as a result. In response to this, the police had set up what was called an "aswang patrol". This was a special unit of armed police whose duty it was to patrol the streets of Tondo at night, with orders to shoot and kill on sight any aswang that appeared on the scene. When I discussed this report with local people, they told me that aswang patrols were frequently set up in areas where aswang attacks ocurred. All this confirmed to me the seriousness with which the authorities take the phenomenon. It was obvious that they don't regard it as superstitious nonsense.

I have also read a report by a Christian missionary who lived for more than 20 years in the Philippines, in which he writes of the "demonic reality" of the aswang. He claims to have seen these entities on several occasions, and says that he once actually witnessed the transformation of a certain person into the bat-like form of an aswang. He states that he also saw a number of blood-drained victims of aswang attacks, and knows how real is the existence of these terrible aswang entities. His personal belief was that the members of certain families out there become possessed by evil spirits at night, and are thus able to shape-shift.

When in the Philippines I also heard a story about a man who lived in Manila, who supposedly had the ability to shape-shift into a large snake. At first I was very doubtful about this, but I spoke to so many people who claimed to have witnessed this transformation, that I began to consider the story to be possibly true.

It appears that not only are there shape-shifting reptiles on this earth, there are also various other creatures - including the bat-like "aswang." I would imagine that all of these entities originate in the lower fourth dimension, but I have no idea how or why so many of them managed to get into human incarnation. In my contacts with various positive spirit entities some years ago, I was told repeatedly that not only are there negative and destructive non-human entities on this earth, there are also a number of positive non-human entities in human form, who have incarnated here in order to try and counter-balance the negativity of the evil ones. So, it's not all doom and gloom! (If you are interested in knowing more about the positive non-human entities in our midst, just let me know.)
