So I'm thinking, in the grand scheme of things, what makes a celebrity anyway? Some people are famous simply for being who they are, like Marilyn Monroe and Jennifer Lopez. Or do you have to do something great, like Marco Polo or Tenzing Norgay? Or can you just be on Hollywood Squares or Survivor. I've had my picture in the paper a couple times, does that make me a minor celebrity. What do you all think?

Bit of a blast from the past, this one eh?

Anyway, I think by todays standards, you must be stick thin, remotely pretty, willing to have plastic surgery to keep you looking 17 your whole life, have no talent whatsoever, and marry once a month. That is what all the 'celebrities' of today are like, to me anyways.

Well I guess if your are recognizable by a most of or at least a small part of the general public than I think that would be a good start in gaining celebrity status.
