I went when they showed his stuff at the Field Museum in Chicago, back in (IIRC) 1978. That was a deeply impressive exhibition. If the current tour is anything like the previous one, I'd unreservedly recommend it.

Nameless
That tour was just here in Winnipeg. It was very impressive. It even had the outer casing of the actual sarcophigas that carried King Tut.
kthxbye
I would give anything to see it. Does anyone know if it'll ever come to Australia?

I know it's going to be on a tour here in the US for the next four years it will be in four state's for a year each, But i do not know if they will take it any where else after that. We have made planes to see it in 2007, it will be on the east coast for two years, and thats when i am going, untill then it's on the west coast. thumbsup.gif

I saw it some 26 years ago in Los Angeles, and it was well worth the trouble. I also have toured Egypt, and visited the large museum there. What amazing things to be seen! yes.gif

Larry, I can't wait to see this.. I want to go to egypt in a year or two after all this killing and bombing stop's.. I have a dear friend there who sends me stuff all the time.. I have a room which looks like a temple on the inside . He sends me alot of stuff to help make this room look like your really inside a tomb.. thumbsup.gif
