Well, finally I found a good book with descriptions of the paranormal phennomena and how to investigate if it is tru or not. The name of the author is Carlos Martin-Parker, its pretty good because the guy tell about the probability in wich the phenomenna has to occure to consider it a real gift and how many people has it (not to consider yourself "unique").
So, after reading I have conclude that when I do meditation I have Remote Viewing not Precog Visions (this visions came all by themself when I am awake and no meditation is done)
I realize that something was weird when I started to see stuff that was happening inmidiatly.
Now my question, how can I "go" to places and controll this "travel", I really like it, its amazing how I can see objects "clearly" compaired to precog visions
And also, the author said that we can experimentate this by asking someone to see a place and then traveling there, is that posible? (because I dont have any thelepaty, feww.)

Remote Viewing is a protocol. Ex. 'I have a picture as a target with an alphanumeric code X35-736. Please describe the focus of this target.' This is an example of remote viewing (don't try to RV this target; it's fictional). You usually don't go places or travel anywhere. Usually your mind filters the information related to the target and then you write down the information. This information is then checked against the target to see if you got a hit or not. It takes a lot of practice to become consistent unless you're a natural of course. It gets frustrating when you have a great session followed by many not so great sessions. Its also very time consuming, which is the main reason I don't do it anymore.
