I was playing CS:S the other day and wondered if any of you played.

I don't play that much... I tried once, neverplayed again :-p I prefer the first CS, and I rarely play that either

Never tried Source. My friend who's got it says it's real glitchy. I'd rather stick with 1.6. If it's not broken, don't fix it.

I own the game, sadly my computer won't play it even though it exceeds minimum requirements

Well, Steam releases monthly updates, and the price lowers every once in a while. Well, those with the first Counter Strike, happy shooting!

Well, I really liked the original CS than Source, It's like... Source is too realistic... and you move to slow to look around....

But, I'm getting HF2 anyways, so I'm getting source not matter what :/

I play CS 1.6 and CS:S. CS:S isn't as fun as CS 1.6 but it's not that bad. CS 1.6 requires more skill.

I play on Australian servers.. EGN the most.

I used to play it in a lan house, used to play in a british server, oh, the good memories, I remember one time that I was playing Fy_iceworld (spelled it correctly? I don't remember the name), and my whole team died and I was left alone against 7 guys, killed them all including the last one that was a real badass, the guy had played like 30 rounds without dying, I remember everybody saying good comments and a girl screaming my nick: "ooooo, Psychotic, you are my hero", oh the joy of it, I remember there was a guy in that server that usually putted the radio on, I believe his nick was Moosik or something like that, really great fun, I recommend everybody to look for original maps, there are some really good ones in source, like one that I used to play that the cts would begin within a castle and the ts would have to raid it, activating bombs and a ram to open their way to the castle, just great!

Iceworld and Scoutz n' Knives are the best.
