this may turn into a raging battle from what im about to say, but here goes...i hated super mario 64...i can barly stand super mario world...AND WHAT WAS SUPER MARIO SUNSHIE!?!?!?!?!?!

honestly, my all time fav mario game, and one of my fav. games of all time, is super mario bros 3. its fun, classic, invigorating, and last but not least, its actually a challange! i remember back in 1989, watching the wizard, and being like oh man, that game totally owns...and it does! ive been trying ti figure out where the series went wrong, and im pretty sure when they added yoshi..lets face it, yoshi is a whiny little dino, and super mario world proved that. everyone spent half the game chasing them around, triyng to keep them, ect. IMO, a yoshi is like communism...its a great idea, but it doesnt work. dont get me wrong, yoshi's island is an amazing game, proabnbly one of the best side scrollers, ever, its a totaly diff game.

but back to SMB3, its great, i was pissed when the replaced his racoon tail, and the awesome tankooki suit with a stupid cape..a cape..ftw??? a CAPE?? ok superman..go ride a dinosaur into the sunset...

there is hope, the new super mario bros DS seems to breing it back a few steps. from what i hear, it seems like a true sequal to SMB3...so im happy! what i really want is a darn super mario brothers 4...is that to hard to ask? what are you fav marios games everyone?
