At first I was like "Whoa!" but theres alot of thing in this picture that point to nothing . Look at the torso, and where the ground is... it must have some really short legs... Unless its on its knees . Dang... it looks like a tree but it dosn't . I cant say... I hope its a tree, because that thing looks pretty scary looking .

That is a Kappa.. Whether it is real or not is beyond my knowledge. They are just a legend. It originated in Japan.

Yeah, it IS pretty funny how in all of these pictures, you can never see anything clearly. I pretty much dismiss any shadows as fake.

It's a fake that was done last year or the year before by a TV show call "Denpa Shonen". They got in a lot of trouble about it (they've been in trouble about stuff before) and the show got cancelled. It's a young comedian in a suit. If you look-up Denpa Shonen, Kappa, on some search engine it will probably come up.

why does it have to be fake? couldnt it just be a rare species of mokey or chimp or even little hobbit ppl, ok i know i was reaching with the last example, but it might not be supernatural or demonic or extraterrestrial. would supernatural and demonic be the same category? anywho, yeah as i said it is probably real and it looks like its not, but it doesnt mean to say that its an alien, its most probably a little known about creature and the japanese would refer to it as a kappa.
