I've just finished reading most of this stuff here, and I can possibility relate to OBE. I'm not sure if it is. Or just something normal,.. or whatever.
Everytime I'm hungover,.... I try to sleep the next day. I close my eyes,.. and I can see people. I dunno what the hell. But sometimes it gets friggen scary. I'd feel like i'm looking down on them from a corner of a room. Just observing a bunch of people. "Sitting around, talking in a room, umm,.... just about anywhere, where people are in groups." I'd be looking at them, but I can't hear them. They look so clear. I dunno. Hard to explain. But the scary part, sometimes, they see me. They all look up, and there faces. Its weird. Almost demonic. Sometimes they wouldn't even have a face. Just all black,... no facial features. (and no,... i wasn't sleeping,... i'd just close my eyes and I can see them.)
Does anyone know anything about this? Is it just normal? or,...?


I also used to have this problem,... Sleep Paralysis or something like that. Some say its just a mental thing (not like ,..blahhh,.. mental. A brain thing.) Others say its got to do with alien encounters, and something about succubus and incubus.

I dunno,.. this crap is so weird. Usaully when I tell people about this stuff,.. they just say "oh yah,. really." They don't have any input on it. I hope someone has some kind of answers.

I can answer your hungover issue.

Ethanol, the main ingredient in alcoholic beverages, is a depressant. One definition of a depressant: "a drug that reduces excitability and calms a person"

This means when you are on a depressant [Within reasonable amounts] your body shuts and slows down. You can die from alcohol because too much depressant can stop your bodily functions all together and kill you.

When relaxed it is obvious your thoughts may be clearer. When under the influence of alcoholic beverages of having a hangover and depressant, it is reasonable to assume that you're mind is creating random distortions of random images, or things it is receiving. It sounds like the fault of the booze.

Interesting, and NO I don't think you are nuts, but I do have a few questions if you will endulge me
When you say that you see people and they see you, do you remember the conversations and verify them later.
Also, the people you see, are they someone you know, in the next room?
Do you have access to them to ask what they saw when they looked at you?

The people I see are just random people. I can't hear them. I tryed to induce these (whatever you'd call it) I seen people from anywhere. I can't really remember at the moment. But when I think of something when closing my eyes,.. lets say hockey. Its clear as water. I can see anything. But I can't hear these people talk. I don't really like doing it anymore. I even tryed to drink less to stop this stuff. Do to the crap that scares me,... (lol,.. I dunno,.. their faces when they see me.) I can try it this weekend and post again.
But yah,.. this crap is scary,. lol.

Interesting. You have some corrolaries to my experience.
When you state that you see others based on thought, are you aware of your human body?
Do you see your resting body beside you?.
You may have something else going on, so I need to determine exactly what type of experience you are experiencing.
