I am having trouble with this trojan, I can't remove it, can somebody please tell me what I need to do? Besides buying spyware...

I didin't need to detect it, it had a big black and red sign that said: your computer has been infected and it said the name was spy sheriff. I already have an antivirus it's mcafree and whay I did was get a free trial of spy sweeper I think thats the name and also bought a firewall and it seems that it worked, but I'll have to keep an eye on it.
