I like to smoke a bowl or drink usually. Then go on the computer, play some Dr. Mario or Tetris.

What I do to unwind usually includes listening to music, reading and surfing on the internet...

I think usually UM helps me unwind (or maybe that's just me getting my daily fix). Reading is usually what helps me unwind though. Perhaps a cold beer (or ten) on a hot day.

"snorting whiskey and drinking cocaine" oh and I dance constantly...I don't mean pretty little dancing...I dance like a fool, irritating all around me...if I'm not doing that I will bust out in song...I think the sound of an annoyed person huffing at me helps me relax and it makes me giggle...

If I worked in a salt mine, it would be easy. Just haul down a bag of limes and a couple bottles of good tequila.

As is, usually a long run or a bottle of beer.

Turn on some abba and have a swig of ginger beer mixed with icing sugar.

Well let me think! Ah thats an easy one!

If I just wanna chill I'll just take a few bong hits with some salvia to top it off. But, if I'm really looking to unwind I'll just drop some good 'ol cid or some shrooms and go for a hike through the forest which surrounds every place where I live. Nothing like tripping balls by yourself in nature, it sort of "resets" you. Not recomended for the novice of course.

By playing with my 16 month old son, he currently is into Matchbox cars and trucks.

I usually hit the gym w/a friend of mine and workout, then go home and play w/the kids.

Well, I leave the mines at odds times of the day so I never really have a solid after-digging schedual.

Hot showers are the shiznit. I like one before and after work. I don't feel satisfied unless my chest is beat red and all surfaces in the bathroom are covered in moisture.

unfortunatly our shower has an old fashioned boiler so you have to flip it on for at least an hour before the shower or the water will be cold, also the shower, has almost no pressure lol.

Dr, don't worry about playing w/your 2 yr. old. I do the same thing w/my 4 yr. old....my hubby says he doesn't know which one is worse, him or me!
