QUOTE
If I walk down to the local pub I'm likely to see people in their mid-30's with mullet cuts, footy shorts, singlets, drinking VB, saying F***ing Poofta's

It seems to me that weather or not this guy is atheist or not he was probably taught this through a religion...
Most prejudice in the world today has been brought on by religion, and me personally after growing up in the rural southern us, and witnessing the growth and spread of prejudice (yes through the church) that no atheist group or single atheist that I have ever met ever promotes any type of prejudice what so ever.
Am I saying that there are none?
No absolutely not but to be honest if there is one I would find it very likely that the hate was instilled in them through connection with religion and or else being undereducated

So if we are stereotyping people, from experience dealing with everyone I have met in my life religious people are much quicker to react with hateful comments then atheists.
