Well........ I was told by my friend about a theory that stated that aliens were actually what we view as god, angels, demons and the devil.
He said that the one who originaly spoke to moses were aliens, that when angels descend the light is actually the tractor beam and the angels are aliens. Demons are other aliens that try to hurt us and the other aliens try to protect us. And when moses parted the sea, it was actually an electromagnetic wall that allowed them to pass.
Its a very good theory, but I still prefer to believe in god.

I am positive that there is civilization knows we are here, and maybe think of us as Demons. I bet there is Universal News about us saying when will we ever grow up?

i think your friend has the right idea in mind...i beleive that theory already...it makes plenty of sense as a scientific explaination towards what religion is
no, i'm not asking anyone to come here and tell me i am wrong, wne i am just stating that it is a very logical theory...NOTE, i'm still calling it a theory too

actually, if an advanced extraterrestrial race knows of our existance, they would understand that we are also extraterrestrials like them...we are all in the same universe...and they would also have acheived the concept of not needing a religion, so the association of demons wouldn't be anywhere in their minds...

This theory is MUCH more reasonable than anything I would believe from the Christians. This is also very possible. Ancient people described things they couldn't comprehend to be Divine and related to something like "The Angels Are Coming for us!" Or " I spoke to God, he said a huge storm will hit and kill everyone who doesn't believe me and I've somehow the blueprints to build a gigantic ship to carry everyone who believes me and those who turn back and disbelieve me will be turned to Dust" Laser Beams. Who knows, eh?

Just take a real look at what it does say in the Bible. God (of the OT) is described as a supernatural being, who does supernatural acts. Jesus is said to have been conceived in an unnatural way, and Himself said, "My kingdom is not of this world." By His own words, He was an alien . . . and not of this world. How many times does the Bible have to tell you that God and Jesus are aliens before you get the message?

I'm thinking maybe the God spoken of in the Old Testament is the embodiment of all the forces in nature that mankind at the time didn't fully understand. The Old Testament stories had been passed on as part of an oral tradition for hundreds, if not thousands, of years before finally being written down. As such, by the time they finally got committed to written language they'd probably been heavily embellished.
Another thing I don't like about the gods as aliens theories is that they completely discount the capacity for imagination ancient people had. They could have been sitting around a campfire making up stories as easily as any of us today. That's why I don't particularly like this theory, it doesn't give mankind nearly enough credit.

You could say that they would think of us as aliens....but we can't be thought of as extraterrestrials. "terrestrial" means "of Earth"....so....extraterrestrial mean "not of Earth".

Of course we came from (what I like to call) Extra-Terrestria. As much as I believe that the "Gods" which have spoken in physical form (or otherwise) to mass humans are aliens, I also believe in a true Higher Power that creates souls. And I'm not talking about the computer-geeks in
the Thirteenth Floor which could be classified as extra-terrestrials

, I'm talking about a true, spiritual being which created all.
You can believe that aliens put us here, but, I think, you must believe in some sort of Higher Power and an afterlife; it's human nature.
Blessed be
May the Force be with you.
