This is something that happened just recently. I was returing home late from hanging out with my friends. It was about 12:30 at night. As I drove up the driveway, I noticed that the lights in the lower half of our barn were on. This area is comprised of three stalls for our horses. Thinking my dad was out checking on our recently born foal, I walked out to investigate. Nobody was in the barn. I looked in, and for some resaon decided to say out-loud "Is there any particular reason that the lights are on" In case my dad was inside. I went in, looked, and, finding no one there, walked back out and turned off the light. The moment I turned out the light. I hear a male voice give a friendly chuckle. I didn't hang around to investigate any further... I booked it back to the car

This is the only vocal phenomenon that I've personally experienced at my house.

yeah that could be, because I have heard on several occasions that horses make just the right amount of noise to sound like a human... I haven't been around horses all that much, but he has and he should know if his horses are capable of that noise, right?

You say that was the only vocal phenomenon you have experienced, is there a history of paranormal activity there?

Yeah, that's a good question to start out with. Have you ever experienced anything else weird or scary there at the barn... or around it?

Sorry, been gone for awhile... Well, a long time ago, I saw someone looking out through one of the upstairs windows. When the rest of my family were all downstairs. That's the only other thing that's happened in the barn as far as I know.
The only other person in my family to have experianced vocal phenomenon is my dad. Who's heard voices on three separate occasions. (All inside the house though.)
Oh, and none of the horses were in the barn or around when I was there.

Who owned the land before your family? Perhaps they are still there in Spirit? The hauntings seem very benign.
